Faux fur ups the glamour factor

My best friend Aja was in town this past weekend and one of the top 5 things we were to do in her 48 hour visit was to go to Lime brunch in San Francisco. If you haven’t been to Lime I highly recommend you to try it once. Not only is the food fantastic and the mimosas are all you can drink but the ambiance is absolutely fabulous. I love, love, love that it’s a dance party in the a.m.

As always when I get ready for a Lime brunch I am dressed to the nine. It’s a bit of a scene and I love every moment of it. Since I have a number of faux fur pieces, I thought why not share the love and let’s go with a little theme.

I am wearing my Rachel Zoe faux fur vest and Aja has on my BCBG front faux fur vest. We were color coordinated without knowing what each other had in mind prior to adding the vests. Great minds think alike!

I wore a nude color ruffle corset H&M dress (from the 2010 fall collection), a black Silence and Noise cutaway jacket, black ribbed tights from Jcrew and Jeffrey Campbell Syd booties.

Aja wore black skinny jeans from Citizens of Humanity, a nude color silk tank, a black cardigan and black Collective wedges from Urban Outfitters.
