I LOVE this sweater.
I’ve purchased several statement making printed tops from Torn by Ronny Kobo. I adore this brand and have held onto everything I’ve ever bought. Even though they are all printed, and are trendy, they are also pieces I can see myself wearing for a number of years. Continue reading Torn by Ronny Kobo Randy Sweater
I wish Swedish Hasbeens would make their shoes in half sizes!
I ordered 2 pairs of the Peep Toe Super High in a 38 and 39, and ended up settling for the 38’s (I am a US size 8.5). The wooden platform on the 38’s is the right length but the leather is tight and stiff – and I have narrow, slender feet. The wooden platform on the 39’s had a little extra length (which looked fine) but I was flopping around the inside of the leather. I literally need an in between size! This is probably one of my favorite looks to date. There is nothing more sleek than a solid fitting pair of black coated skinny jeans. I love wearing an all black ensemble that showcases a really great looking pair of shoes. In this case, it’s my black and white snakeskin Sam Edelman Sophie wedged sandals. I adore Esther Williams Swimwear. The classic one-piece is incredibly flattering on all body types. This is the second Esther Williams one-piece I’ve purchased. I bought my first one last year at Viva Las Vegas Rockabilly Weekend (click here for my prior post). Continue reading Esther Williams Plumeria Classic Sheath One-Piece

I absolutely adore this woven coat.
This is my first navajo printed coat and I was actually surprised by how easy it was for me to pair an outfit around it. Initially, I wasn’t so sure I could pull off a “southwestern” look – it’s a little out of my norm style wise. However, this coat from Sam Edelman has a modern fitted look that looks incredible with a pair of skinny jeans and a spread lapel that looks amazing open or buttoned up (giving it it’s wrapped look). This is truly a well thought out coat.

One of my favorite outfit combinations is black skinny jeans with a solid black top and a camel colored leather jacket. Blacks with lighter browns is a fantastic color pairing. Adding a pair of calf-haired leopard print booties ties it all in and takes it up to the next level. Simple, stylish, and oh so cool! Continue reading Fierce
I was tempted to title this post California Dreamin’, however, the sunset on this ridiculously awesome crewneck pullover is actually from Maui. Continue reading Maui Sunset with DNA
Swagger: A demeanor of confidence, coolness, style, and togetherness. Someone with Swagger gives of an ora of comfortability with his/her self. Swagger is commonly referred to as Swag or Swagga.
A couple of days ago in an elevator I was told I had swagger. This came from an older gentleman whom I’ve casually ridden the elevator with a number of times now in my office building. Apparently, I have a reputation in the building for having incredible style and confidence. This was the first I’ve heard about this and am very flattered. So I thought it would be fitting to name this post, Swagger. Especially since I was wearing this outfit on that day. Continue reading Swagger
I am a basics kind of girl. I like simplicity with the right fit, style and a tad bit of edge. Everlane has become my favorite go-to brand for basic sweaters, sweatshirts and tees. Over the past couple of years, I started leaning more towards Everlane over American Apparel (I like the classic look and fit better). The only issue I have with Everlane is they run small batches, meaning items tend to sell out rather quickly. Continue reading Gray Area
